RETURN PRIVILEGES

Items purchased from Grandma's Book Nook may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt if the book differs materially from the description posted on the site.  Items marked "As Is" are excepted.  Please contact us for a return authorization prior to returning merchandise.

AVAILABILITY

Materials are subject to prior sale and, while we strive to keep our on-line inventory current, items shown online as "available" may have been recently sold.  Please confirm the availability of material you are interested in via e-mail. Only orders placed on hold with credit cards are considered firm.

We do not reserve books except to established bookstores where a business relationship has been established with us.

PAYMENT

Payment is via the online payment systems used by ABE Books, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, or the other online book sellers with which we participate. Materials sold directly by us are by PayPal only. While we do not accept checks directly from our customers, there is a PayPal option that allows funds to be withdrawn from your checking account.

The only exception to this policy is established bookstores where a business relationship has been established with us and known customers who make arrangements in advance.

SHIPPING

All books are shipped USPS or other best method.  Shipping and handling rates are calculated by the online booksellers, such as ABE Books, Amazon, Barnes & Noble. Materials shipped directly by us are charged shipping as follows, based upon the total value (USD) of your order:

These prices are based upon average calculations using the prices of our books.  We will use our best efforts to ship in the most cost-effective way.  We reserve the right to invoice for shipping and handling shortfalls.

Orders above USD $300.00 will be billed actual shipping and handling charges.

Global Priority Mail is $12.00 per book.  We reserve the right to invoice for shipping and handling shortfalls.

We will ship FEDEX upon request (additional charges apply; please e-mail for details). We usually ship within 48 hours for all in-stock items, but we cannot be responsible for shipping transit delays.

Regretfully, we do not drop ship except for established bookstores where we have an ongoing relationship.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to correct prices or descriptions that are incorrectly listed.  Return privileges apply (as described above) for purchases that are not as described.
